WEIGH-IN GUIDELINES
WEIGHT Allowance: 12 and Under = +.2 lb, 13 and Above = +2.2 lb (Includes Singlet).
WEIGH-IN Procedure: All Wrestlers Please leave your straps for skin check.
Wear your wrestling gear (NFHS Rule 4.1)
Wrestling singlet or a two-piece compression shirt and shorts without pockets.NFHS UNIFORM GUIDELINES NFHS Rule 4.1: " All contestants wearing a one-piece singlet shall wear a suitable undergarment that completely covers the buttocks and groin area.
Female wrestlers wearing a one-piece singlet shall wear a sports bra that completely covers their breasts and minimizes the risk of exposure." (Rule 4.1.c)
Skin Condition:
Please go to Wrestling (nfhs.org) and download and print the current “NFHS wrestling skin lesion form”, have your doctor fill out and sign the form and then bring it to the weigh ins. The head official and trainer have the final say on whether a wrestler with a skin condition is allowed to compete.
Wrestlers are NOT allowed to perform weight loss activities anywhere in the weigh-in or mat area. To do so may jeopardize your participation in the event.
Time Periods - Age Groups:
8 and Under: 1-1-1
9 and Older and Open: 1.5-1.5-1.5
Consolations:
:30 Seconds cut off the first period only.
Proof of Age:
State issued BIRTH CERTIFICATE and current REPORT CARD is required in case of protest or if requested by Tournament Director(s). The 18 & Under age group implies that you are a high school eligible wrestler. The fee to file an age group protest is $50 and will be refunded if protest prevails.

Coaches & Teams
Floor Passes: Teams receive one-free floor pass for a team of five wrestlers or more WHO ARE PRE-REGISTERED. Wrestlers must be pre-registered under the same team name in order to qualify. Those that qualify for a free band must pick them up at weigh-ins, they will not be available at any other time. Teams who have less than five wrestlers may purchase them.
NOTE: Only the head coach or assistant head coach can pick the floor passes with photo I.D.

Our NEW Ticket system at RMN Events now offers an easy process to purchase tickets. Simply select GA or Floor pass and your QR Code tickets will be sent directly to your cell phone or email. Bring your cell phone or printed ticket that you can print in the comfort of your home. When you arrive at the event, show your QR code via cell phone or printed ticket and the RMN Events staff will process your pre-purchased tickets with one of our multiple scanners. (Our scanners can process 60 people per minute.) We are excited to bring your RMN Events experience to another level of customer satisfaction with an easy and effective process. See you at the event!

This event has been selected by the AAU as a qualifier for the 2024 Disney Duals.
AAU Folkstyle Officials Chair and Evaluator Dave Bennetts will be onsite and conducting evaluations to determine if you meet the criteria to be selected for one of the 8 slots available from this event for the Duals in Florida. In order to be evaluated the following criteria must be completed.
