RYAN HARGREAVES, ARIZONA
I have officiated high school wrestling for six years. As a person, I am always ready to grow and learn from other officials. A recent RN graduate, I believe that I would have never been able to accomplish this monumental task without the background of wrestling. Wrestling is the one sport where you learn to rely on yourself and push yourself further than you ever imagined. I look forward to RMN events and working with veteran officials from around the United States of America.

ARLEN OLSEN, ARIZONA
I was introduced to wrestling as a youth where I competed in Helena, Montana. I was the state AAU champion in Freestyle and Greco-Roman. I wrestled for Helena High School where I took 3rd and 1st in state. I wrestled in Germany on the high school Montana state team. I wrestled four years in the NCAA for Brigham Young University on scholarship.
I have refereed high school wrestling for ten years in upstate New York and one year in Arizona. I have refereed for RMN off and on since 2013. My philosophy is to further the sport of wrestling by being fair and accurate as possible in my representation of the sport. I enjoy when athletes and coaches better themselves in all aspect of their lives by the lessons learned in wrestling.
